Our shipment service

Our watches can be shipped DAP (Delivery at Place) worldwide. We take great care in the shipping and handling of your new watch. Once we have received full payment of your invoice, your watch will be shipped within 2 days. We will carefully pack the watch to protect it during transport. We ship our watches fully insured with one of the following carriers: FedEx, DHL, UPS or PostNL (depending on item value and destination). The delivery time depends on the selected carrier and destination. You will receive a track & trace code to keep track of your watch and are always welcome to contact us for updates or assistance.

Taxes & duties

For shipments outside the EU, please note that your order may be subject to customs fees such as taxes and import duties. These charges are always the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or invoices. Kindly check any applicable custom charges for your country in advance. If you need any help you can always contact us for assistance. 


Payments are to be made by bank transfer in Euro. When you place an order through our website, you will receive an invoice by email. The watch will be reserved for you for 3 days in order to complete the payment. If payment has not been made within this timeframe, we may advertise the watch again on our website for other buyers. 

Once we have received the full invoice amount in our bank account, we will proceed with the shipment of your watch. Please be aware that we only ship a watch after receiving your payment. Kindly note that depending on your bank and location it can take 24 hours or more for the transfer to reach our bank account.
